What does “identical item” mean?

The competitor’s product must match the Race Car Beds item inbrand, model, size, color, features, and condition. Similar-looking beds, alternate configurations, refurbished products, open-box items, and used merchandise do not qualify.

What proof do I need to submit?

Provide a direct link to the competitor’s product page or upload a clear advertisement, quote, or screenshot showing theproduct name, current price, retailer, and in-stock status. The offer must be publicly available and verifiable when our team reviews your request.

Do sale prices and promotional codes qualify?

Publicly advertised sale prices may qualify when all other Price Match requirements are met. Private discount codes, personalized offers, membership pricing, employee discounts, loyalty rewards, financing incentives, and email-only promotions may be excluded because they are not available to every customer.

Do clearance, liquidation, or marketplace offers qualify?

Clearance, closeout, liquidation, auction, open-box, refurbished, and used-item prices do not qualify. Offers from third-party marketplace sellers may also be excluded unless the seller is an authorized retailer and the item meets every Price Match requirement.

How long does it take to review a Price Match request?

Our team will review the competitor, product details, price, availability, and submitted proof. Most complete requests receive a response by email within one business day. Requests with missing or unclear information may take longer to verify.
