Returns & Refunds
Yes. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your items (delivery date) to request a return.
In order to receive a refund:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- All returns must be approved with RMA number clearly visible on the returned package.
- Products must be returned within 15 days of order date.
HOW CAN I START A RETURN REQUEST?
- If you wish to request a refund, please download, fill out and email us a copy of your SIGNED RaceCarBedsForm to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The Race Car Beds Returns Form MUST be SIGNED. Unsigned forms will NOT be accepted.
- We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product.
CAN I RETURN IT EVEN IF I'VE ASSEMBLED IT?
Only for small accessories. Unfortunately, not furniture items including Car Beds. Once the furniture is taken out of their boxes they will not fit back to their original packaging.
We will inspect all returns before proceeding with the refund.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT FROM OTHER SELLERS?
No. You can only return items purchased from our online store (www.racecarbeds.com.com). If you have purchased your items from other sellers, please contact them for a return request.
WHO ARRANGES THE RETURN SHIPPING?
We will arrange the return shipping, and send you shipping labels. We will also arrange a pick up appointment at your requested date. However return shipping must be paid by the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus return shipping costs and any other damages. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. Please contact your bank first if you don't receive the funds.
Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address or returned without contacting RaceCarBeds.com for a Return Authorization Number will incur an automatic 50% restocking fee; unless you have been authorized by RaceCarBeds.com customer service to refuse delivery of the product.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and delivery (outbound) shipping charges that will be deducted from the refund. There is also a minimum 25% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.
Store hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm CST.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Your return must arrive in sell-able condition. Damage to returned orders is subject to additional charges and may be refused. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
